IQD launches new range of ultra-miniature SAW Filters

IQD has launched a new range of ultra-miniature surface mountRF Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters. Measuring just 3.0 x 3.0 x 1.4mm, these miniaturised SAW Filters are housed in a hermetically sealed ceramic package.
The IQSF-103 series has a centre frequency of between 300MHz and 2.8GHz and a bandwidth of 0.1 to 85MHz. The product is available with a low insertion loss of ‹3dB and a high attenuation of typically -55dB and can operate over a temperature range of –40 to +85 degrees C. Custom specifications are available on request.
This filter, which is certified to TS16949 & AEC-Q200, is ideal for a wide range of applications including: T.P.M.S, Remote Keyless Entry, AMR/AMI Metering, RFID, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Basestations, LTE, STB and Cable Modems.
