IQD introduce new high frequency, low jitter clock oscillator

High frequency, low jitter clock oscillatorThe new IQXO-931 series clock oscillator launched by IQD offers excellent low phase jitter of less than 0.5ps rms max (over 12kHz to 20MHz) irrespective of which output is specified. Housed in a hermetically sealed 2.5 x 2.0mm ceramic 6-pad package, the new model is available in a very wide frequency range from 8MHz to an extremely high 1.5GHz. The IQXO-931 is primarily designed for applications such as Ethernet (10G/40G/100G), Wi-Fi, DSL/ASDL and WiMAX/W-LAN.

Output options available are CMOS, LVPECL or LVDS. This new clock oscillator can operate at either 2.5V or 3.3V and if required an enable or disable output can be included. Operating over the industrial temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees C, all inclusive frequency stabilities down to ±30ppm over a period of 10 years can be specified.
