“I confirm that I am an authorised officer of the customer company detailed above (the "Company") and that I have authority to enter into legally binding arrangements on behalf of the Company. I confirm that I have read, and that I acknowledge and agree to abide by the standard terms of IQD Group Limited together with, as applicable the terms of its associated companies, being either: IQD Frequency Products Ltd; IQD Frequency Products Inc; IQD Frequency Products (Asia) Ltd; or IQD Frequency Products (Automotive) Ltd (hereafter referred to as an "Associated Company"). These standard terms can be accessed via IQD’s corporate website at www.iqdfrequencyproducts.com. I acknowledge and agree that the Company will pay to IQD Group Limited or, as applicable, the relevant Associated Company all outstanding monies owed to IQD Group Limited or the Associated Company in accordance with the credit terms set out in the relevant standard terms. I acknowledge and agree that time will be of the essence in relation to any payment of monies due to IQD Group Limited or the Associated Company.”
