New ultra miniature AEC-Q200 qualified quartz crystals for industrial & automotive applications

On day one at Electronica, IQD Frequency Products has launched a new range of ultra-miniature AEC-Q200 qualified quartz crystals released to TS16949 for industrial and automotive applications. The IQXC-42 AUTO which is housed in a 4-pad ceramic package with a hermetically sealed metal lid measures only 2.0 x 1.6mm with a height of 0.5mm. The new ultra-miniature model is suitable for many automotive and industrial applications including ABS, Air Bags, Bluetooth, In car cameras & entertainment systems, RKE, TPMS & Wireless LAN. The IQXC-42 AUTO quartz crystal is available in frequencies between 20MHz and 50MHz and operates over the full automotive temperature range of -40 to +125C with a frequency stability of ±50ppm or ±20ppm over the industrial temperature range.
