This year IQD has made charitable donations to two national charities following the lead of two of our colleagues who have taken their own initiative to raise funds for Cancer Research and the Movember Foundation.
IQD’s king of dispatch, Mike, pledged to limit his shaving for the entire month of November and grew a magnificent mo. His efforts paid off, resulting in raising more than £200. All hail Mike – who was much relieved to meet his razor again on the 1st December! A fantastic triumph. The Movember foundation exists to make a difference in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Additionally, IQD’s sales specialist, Hayley, undertook the challenge to walk 100 miles in October. We don’t know when she had the time to fit these walks in, but we are so proud of her that she did. And in doing so she amassed over £600 in funds for Cancer Research.
IQD has match-funded both of these totals for the chosen charities as our annual charitable giving. We look forward to the wacky ideas our team comes up with in 2024 – we’re already planning the next big thing!
