The IQXT-601 and IQXT-602 are clipped sine TCXOs available across a frequency range of 10 MHz to 55 MHz, with a portfolio of developed frequencies that makes them particularly well-suited to GNSS and RF-sensitive timing applications.
For engineers working on GNSS receivers, positioning systems, or RF front ends, the available frequency options align closely with common reference requirements, reducing the need for compromises during the frequency selection process and simplifying the path from design to production.
Both devices deliver good low phase noise performance alongside ±0.5 ppm frequency stability over the full –40 to +85 °C industrial temperature range, providing a clean, stable reference for demanding timing architectures. A wide supply voltage range of 1.71 V to 3.63 V spans both 1.8 V and 3.3 V rails, reducing BOM complexity in mixed-voltage designs.
Housed in miniature 2.0 x 1.6 mm or 2.5 x 2.0 mm ceramic SMD packages with a clipped sinewave output, the IQXT-601 and IQXT-602 offer a compact, well-specified timing solution that fits naturally into space-constrained positioning, wireless, and RF applications. Find datasheets below.
